I LOVE IT!!!! SOOOOO adorable! I can't wait to come see! Make sure you have an attorney look at the docs before you sign anything...an attorney who does real estate finance stuff...I'm in that class right now and I'm finding that it could save you lots of trouble in the future! Also, lots more things are negotiable than you'd think. :)
